OYSTER TASTE & TALK is an educational session that has been produced to introduce participants to the effect provenance has on oysters.
We presents numerous oysters from different growing locations. Each showcasing the land in which they were grown. Our guidance will help you understand the amazing differences to be discovered in native rock oysters and connect you with your oyster palate.
These sessions are great for large groups and can be custom tailored to include various beverage pairings.
